Services

Swedish Massage

60–90 minutes  A deeply relaxing full‑body massage that uses long, flowing strokes to improve circulation, reduce stress, and ease muscle tension. Benefits include enhanced mental clarity, improved flexibility, and relief from everyday aches and pains.

Deep Tissue Massage

60–90 minutes —  A targeted technique that works on deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Ideal for chronic tension, repetitive‑motion strain, and old injuries. Open communication is encouraged to ensure comfort. Mild soreness afterward is normal; hydration is recommended to support recovery.

Reflexology

30–60 minutes —  A therapeutic foot treatment that stimulates nerve zones mapped to the entire body. Reflexology promotes whole‑body balance and may help with headaches, allergies, and stress‑related conditions.

Lymphatic Drainage

30-60 minutes —  A gentle, rhythmic technique that encourages lymph movement, reduces swelling, supports immune function, and promotes recovery from injury or surgery. Also beneficial during pregnancy, or cancer treatments.

Structural Integration

Structural integration employs soft tissue manipulation with the goal of realigning the body in relationship to the force of gravity. The theory underlying structural integration asserts that often the body's connective tissue is “bound up”, thus restricting opposing muscles from working independently of one another. Thus, we aim to loosen the restricted connective tissue by using a practice very similar to deep tissue massage. Practitioners typically prescribe a specific sequence of ten sessions lasting between 75 and 90 minutes in order to “unlock” the whole body.

I integrate MAT Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques in most sessions.

Table Thai Massage

Thai massage is more energizing and rigorous than most other forms of massage therapy. It's also called Thai Yoga massage, because I use my hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like postures and stretches, all while the client is on the table. My clients say Table Thai massage is like doing yoga without doing any of the work. No oil is applied, so you are fully dressed during the session. A single Thai massage session will help you release stress and relieve pain, and help you function more effectively at work and home.

A dynamic, assisted‑stretching modality often described as “yoga without the effort.” Performed fully clothed and without oils, this technique improves mobility, reduces stress, and enhances overall function.

Metameric Massage

Metameric massage is a technique used to treat dysfunction in organs and the body.  It helps to stimulate the nervous system and induce healing and also can help increase range of motion. Metameric massage differs from other types of massage in that it targets the fascia - the membrane surrounding muscles - rather than the muscle itself. Since fascia completely encases every muscle and organ in the body, imbalances in the fascia can have serious effects on your organs performance. While other forms of massage can overlook the fascia, myofascial massage focuses specifically on releasing tension in this important membrane. This modality can be described as a bit uncomfortable and sometimes painful, while doing working with simple manipulation of the skin. But even after one session the client have immediate results.

Cupping

Cupping technique is a tool (silicone cups) used in massage therapy sessions focused on treating painful conditions that affect the deeper muscles and tissues of the body. Cupping tends to be a deep tissue modality through a pulling technique, rather than a compression technique. A decompression-based technique that lifts and releases tight muscles and fascia. Cupping improves circulation, reduces nerve compression, and enhances mobility and range of motion.

Sports Massage

Sports Massage is a type of massage designed for highly active people who engage in athletics. Engaging in sports is harsh on the body and can often lead to injuries in both the short and long term. Sports Massage enhances performance and prolongs a sports career by helping to prevent injury, reduce pains and swelling in the body, relax the mind, increase flexibility, and dramatically improve recovery rates. Sports Massage is also highly effective in aiding the rapid recovery of an athlete from an injury by encouraging greater kinesthetic awareness and in turn promoting the body's natural immune function.

Chair Massage

5-15 minutes: $2/minute

Chair massage is a popular way of relieving stress and releasing tension right in your home or workplace. You receive your massage in a specialized ergonomic chair which I bring to your location. In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, another benefit of chair massage is that it is done over the clothing. With seated massage, you can avoid the discomfort and awkwardness that you may feel in disrobing for a traditional massage. Also, chair massage sessions are usually shorter than traditional massage, making it convenient enough to fit into your busy schedule.
